The management team includes successful healthcare and technology experts with a vision to significantly improve the effectiveness of the health and fitness industries, thereby reducing the cost of healthcare for individuals and businesses.

Bob Kowalick, Jr. PT CEO
Bob Kowalick has 25 years of experience as a leading physical therapist and entrepreneur. He positioned his highly successful physical therapy practice for sale at the peak of the industry consolidation and exited the practice through a strategic sale to a national company. Kowalick specializes in orthopedic and sports physical therapy and has worked with professional sports teams and Olympic athletes. As CEO of Summit Life Systems, Kowalick has led the adoption of the Summit Life Systems program in the military's elite special forces community, and he is developing programs for other areas in government services, as well as in the education, physical therapy, and training markets.

Dr. Jane Macfarlane, Ph.D. CTO
Dr. Macfarlane has an established career in technology development with an emphasis in knowledge-based systems. She has over 25 years in leadership roles overseeing software research and development within companies including General Motors, AT&T, Berkeley National Laboratory, HP Research Laboratories, and Livermore National Laboratory. Macfarlane has established the ground breaking IT infrastructure and initial knowledge base used for the current Summit Life Systems functional training data collection and exercise recommendation process.
